Damex FR Adhesive is a single component, neutral curing, permanently elastic hybrid polymer designed for bonding the Damex FR Non-Combustible DPC & Cavity Tray and the optional stainless steel units.

It has an excellent primer-less adhesion to a wide range of surfaces such as masonry, steel, sheathing boards and plastics such as ABS/uPVC.

 Characteristics

• Damex FR Adhesive is chemically neutral and low odour during and after curing
• Tested in isolation to EN13501-1:2018 achieving class B-s1,d0
• Once fully cured the adhesive has a high mechanical strength yet remains permanently flexible
• Resistant to UV, weather and ageing
• Isocyanate and silicone free
• EC1 Plus - Very low emission
• Fast curing (Approx. 25 minute initial skin formation time)
• 600mm sausage = 58% more per tube than others

Consumption: 

Approximately 2x 600ml foils needed for each 25m roll of Damex FR Non-Combustible DPC & Cavity Tray when applied in an 8mm diameter bead.
